Third-party collection over time and across services: the analytics and session-replay tool named above may collect consumer health data over time and across different websites and online services. No other third party named here does so.
Consumer health data you enter is stored on your device and, if you sign in, synchronised to our cloud database as a single record tied to your account. It is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by database access rules that permit only your own signed-in account to read it. It is retained until you delete it or delete your account, except that meal photo thumbnails are removed once they are more than 60 days old. Guest use is never synchronised to our servers.
If you are a Washington or Nevada resident you have the right to:
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request" from the email address on your account, and tell us which right you are exercising. You may also delete your account and all synchronised consumer health data yourself at any time in the app, under You, Settings, Delete account.
To review or request changes to your data, you can edit or delete any entry directly in the app, or email us at the address above.
Our response. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time we may extend once by a further 45 days, and we will tell you why within the first 45 days.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Appeal". We will respond to an appeal within 45 days with a written explanation. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, or to the Nevada Attorney General if you are a Nevada resident.
If we materially change this policy we will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date, and we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. We will not collect, use or share previously collected consumer health data for a materially different purpose without your consent.
